Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Conditions
In accordance with distance selling regulations, you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions: • New condition: The product must be in the same condition as you received it. • Sealed and Unused: For hygiene and health protection reasons, we only accept returns for unopened, untested products with intact packaging or protective seal. • Original packaging: The product must be in its original packaging. Important note: Any cosmetic product showing signs of use, testing (swatch), or with the seal removed cannot be refunded.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product (broken palette, cracked bottle) or if there is an error in your order: 1. Take a photo of the product and package upon receipt. 2. Contact our customer service at [Contact Email] within 48 hours. 3. We will cover the return shipping costs and proceed with an exchange or full refund.
3. Return Procedure

- Once the return is approved, ship the package to the following address: [Your Postal Address]
- Shipping costs: Unless due to our error or a defective product, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked delivery service
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return: • We will send you an email to inform you of receipt. • If the return is approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. • Processing time generally varies between 5 and 10 business days depending on your bank.
5. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. "Final Sale" or promotional items are unfortunately not refundable unless defective.
